Activists of right wing organisation, Bajrang Dal and other groups on Monday staged a protest demonstration against the All Party Delegation (APD) members who attempted to meet separatists in Kashmir.
As the APD members who were led by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh arrived at Jammu Convention centre, Bajrang Dal activists outside the gate started raising slogans against CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury, CPI Leader D Raja, Asaduddin Owaisi and Sharad Yadav for meeting the separatists in their individual capacity.
Bajrang Dal activists slammed the MPs for meeting Hurriyat leaders and ignoring the security force personnel who according to them are facing the brunt of violent protests in Kashmir.
Meanwhile, PaK refugees led by SOS International Chairman Rajeev Chunni also held a protest for allegedly denying them adequate time to project the issue. “We were not given adequate time to highlight the issues of refugees with the APD members” Chunni told reporters .
Some Sikh organisation also expressed resentment against the Divisional Administration for not giving them time to meet APD in Jammu.
